Jury classifications

Below are the winners of the jury classifications in the Tour de France (excluding the awards for the most combative and the most unfortunate). The term "jury classifications" is a name I chose myself, because I couldn't think of a better term. These are awards given by a jury at the end of the Tour, where the jury didn't purely objectively add up points as in the mountain classification or points classification, but voted or deliberated on who should receive the award.

The list below is not complete, but it is all info that I have.

Per award

Most beloved

First mention: 1952; last mention: 1987

In some years, there was also a daily award. The first mention of this was in 1963, the last in 1980.

Most elegant

First mention: 1955; last mention: 1980

In some years, there was also a daily award. The first mention of this was in 1966, the last in 1980.

Most loyal

First mention: 1958; last mention: 1967

This prize was (initially?) called "Prix A. Virot", after the reporter that died in an accident in the Tour of 1957.

Best team mate

First mention: 1970; last mention: 1986

I don't know if this is a continuation of the "most loyal" award.

Best escape

First mention: 1976; last mention: 1977

In 1976, some stages had an award for the best escape, and the prize for 'super escaper' went to Viejo.

Most active

Only mention: 1978

Maybe this is the same award as the one for the best escape.

Fairplay

First mention: 1976; last mention 1994

There are large gaps in this award, the one from 1992 to 1994 could be totally unrelated to the ones before.
