Grand Prix du Tour de France
In 1943 there was no Tour de France, but l'Auto organized the "Grand prix du Tour de France", a classification based on nine one-day-races, all organized by l'Auto. The classification was made by adding the times in these races. There was also a team classification, calculated by adding the best four times per team. And there was a mountain classification.
