The standings below have been calculated based on the rules and results I know, but they don't always match the standings that appeared in newspapers. Therefore, don't use the standings below as "proof" of a result, but as a starting point for searching for the actual result. The combined classification is prone to inaccuracies in all rankings used, so mistakes are easily made (by both me and the Tour organizers).
